Human resource management jobs fundamentally involve the basic process of recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, and retention of a companys most important asset, its employees. The role of the HR professional is changing. In the past, HR managers were often viewed as the systematizing, policing arm of executive management. Their role was more closely aligned with personnel and administration functions that were viewed by the organization as per work.

 

When you consider that the initial HR function, in many companies, comes out of the administration or finance department because hiring employees, paying employees, and dealing with benefits were the organization's first HR needs, this is not surprising.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the HR Director and working closely with the Unit Managers, you will perform data collection, consolidating and analyzing to draw up regular reports for management.

  • Perform headcount tracking and expenses.
  • Implement and maintenance of compensation database surveys and HRIS.
  • Payroll processing support and HR generalist support.


Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in HR/Business/Accountancy with at least 3 years in a HR capacity.
  • Meticulous, detailed, well organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
  • Expert user of MS Excel and numerically inclined.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to start in short notice a strong advantage.
