Job Opening		Web Developer

STPL is seeking a web developer to meet the demands of its ever-growing website design business. This web developer will be responsible for making changes to existing websites, designing new websites, content management of websites, and various other graphical design and programming projects. Must be able to juggle the design and implementations of multiple websites at once.

• Maintain and extend existing development activities.
• Design and build out web pages in accordance with pre-approved project documentation (such as mockups, production schedule, etc).


• Participate in review and approval as well as testing and troubleshooting activities.
• Provide recommendations on execution and process improvements.
• Must be able to work in multidisciplinary teams on various projects.

• Advanced knowledge of WPF, Expression blend, Silver light, Flash.
• Extensive knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, AJAX
• Experience working with jQuery or other JS library.
• ASP.net, SQL considered a plus.
• Work in a team environment to complete projects in a timely manner. Must be able to work independently as well.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Desire to stay up-to-date on current and emerging technologies.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong writing skills

• B.E./ M.C.A./ B. Tech.
• A minimum of 6 Months experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards-based XHTML and CSS coding (not WYSIWIG)
• Knowledge of programming languages including PHP and XML.
• Experience with web site design and updates
• Experience with both Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with web-based software applications.
• Above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Web development related certifications highly desirable.
